I always fold K 6. ALWAYS. It’s an evil hand that doesn’t like me.
The other day I made an exception to this rule as I was BB and saw the flop. J 6 J. Awesome. Anyway, to cut a long story short, beaten by a 3 on the river with my opponent holding a pocket pair of 3s. I have a K 6 curse, and to make it worse I get that hand with disproportionately high frequency.

Julia: I’m the same way with Q/2. If I’m in the big blind and nobody raises, it gets killed, eating my blind. If I fold it on the call, the flop has at least two Queens on it. If I bet it, you can count on a Jack, King and/or Ace. The bitch hates me
In the same sense, all the “name” hands usually screw me. 10/4 (good buddy), K/9 (dog), 9/5 (Dolly Parton), etc… I always go back to looking at how many are left. If 5 or more call on a decent blind/raise, I’ll play a 7/8 because they all have to have at least one face card (or pocket low cards, which is rare).
I seem to lean towards clubs and away from hearts on flush draws. It makes no sense but it’s a definite tendency. Spades and diamonds are about even.
Doyle Brunson in Super System claims to never, ever play AQ, which I think is a little more eccentric, although having lost plenty with that hand he’s probably right…
1. I always look at my cards after both have been dealt. I never look at the first and then wait for the second to be dealt.
2. I don’t stack my chips. I scatter them to my left and right, leaving room in the middle to peek at my cards.
